摘要: 针对总装型企业外协配套物料的精细化管控难题,提出一种面向复杂产品装配的采购物料生产过程协同管理方法,设计开发了总装型企业采购物料生产过程协同管理系统。该系统以工作流管理技术为支撑,以总装物料需求为牵引,以过程协同控制为核心,基于采购物料协同控制过程模型,构建了贯穿采购物料生产过程的协同管控机制,实现了供需企业对采购物料生产过程的多层次、可视化协同管控。阐述了实做采购物料的内涵及生成算法,为总装企业物料质量控制与质量的追溯提供了有效的数据支撑。目前该系统在某航天企业得到实例验证,证明了该方法的可行性。

Abstract: Aiming at the difficult problem of fine control for purchased material production process in assembly enterprises,a collaborative production process management method of purchased material for complex product assembly was proposed and a collaborative production process management system was developed.In this system,a collaborative management control mechanism by using collaborative control process model was constructed,which was supported by workflow management technology and cored by process collaborative control.Based on the hierarchical visual monitoring board,the multi-level visual monitoring and collaborative management and control of purchased material production process was realized.The algorithm of generating implemented purchased material was designed to output the data,and the developed system had been applied in aerospace-related manufacturing enterprise to verify its feasibility.
