摘要: 为提高获取机械设计相关知识的效率并保证知识的有效性,提出了一种基于机械设计意图建模的知识主动推送服务方法。为设计任务建立了形式化的包含目标功能、约束条件和用户兴趣领域的设计意图模型,并根据机械概念设计阶段的各类相关知识的特点对其进行了规范化的组织管理,基于设计意图模型和设计知识库给出了系统的知识推送机制和通过功能—行为—结构映射进行知识匹配求解的方法。开发了机械概念设计知识服务系统的原型系统,并以液压式活塞泵为例验证了系统的有效性。

Abstract: To improve the efficiency and accuracy of design knowledge acquisition,an active knowledge push service technology based on design intent modeling was proposed.The formalized design intent model that involved target function,constraints and user interests was established for design tasks,and the standardized organization of various design knowledge in mechanical conceptual design phase was managed.Based on design intent model and design knowledge base,the knowledge push mechanism and the solving method for knowledge matching with Function-Behavior-Structure(FBS)mapping were given.A prototype system of knowledge service system for mechanical conceptual design was developed,and a case of piston pump design was used to demonstrate the availability of the system.
