摘要: 为了从设计缺陷形成机理的角度系统地研究设计缺陷的产生,及其随设计活动的发展过程,以机械产品设计过程的设计活动分析为基础,通过分析产品设计活动类型和设计活动时序关联模型,研究了设计缺陷的形成和发展,并构建了以设计活动为贝叶斯网络节点的设计缺陷评估模型。案例研究表明:通过该方法可以定量估算设计活动产生产品设计缺陷的可能性,识别设计缺陷发生概率高的关键设计活动,从而为产品设计缺陷的预防控制提供依据。

Abstract: To research the generation of design defect systematically and its developing process with design activity from perspective of design defect formation mechanism,based on the design activity of mechanical product design processes,the formation and development processes of design defect were researched by analyzing the types of design activity as well as temporal association models between activities,and an assessment model of defect was constructed by taking the design activities as Bayesian network nodes.A case study showed that the proposed model could estimate quantitatively the probability of the product design defect caused by design activities.Moreover,the critical design activities with high probability of defect occurrences could be identified by the proposed model,which provided a criterion to prevent and control design defect occurring in the product development processes.
