摘要: 为了提高产品设计的质量和效率,分析了国内外尺寸工程的发展现状,详细介绍了尺寸工程的概念、流程、工具以及尺寸工程在产品开发过程中的地位和作用,指出了尺寸工程实施中存在的问题。提出通过数字化匹配和封样技术、公差分析软件与三维造型软件及产品数据管理等系统的集成实现信息流的一致性,从而形成统一的尺寸信息处理平台。为新的三维公差分析模型的开发及面向产品全生命周期的公差设计理论和方法的研究提供了新的思路,并对尺寸工程在制造业的普及应用进行了展望。

Abstract: To improve the quality and efficiency of product design,the recent progress of dimensional engineering was represented,which included its concept,process,tools and its roles in the product development process in detail.The weaknesses in the implementation of dimensional engineering were pointed out.Through the integration of digital matching and sealing technology,3D modeling software and Product Data Management (PDM) system and the dimensional tolerance analysis software,the consistency of the information flow was realized,and a unified dimension information processing platform was formed.The guidelines for the research on a new 3D tolerance analysis model and the theory oriented to product life cycle were proposed,and the popularization of dimensional engineering in all manufacturing industry was to be expected.
