摘要: 为解决面向全寿命周期的航空发动机技术状态数字化管理问题,分析了信息资源流通不畅、完整度低、重用效能不高的原因,将装配与维护、维修、大修结合起来,提出航空发动机装配/维护/维修/大修支持系统整体框架。根据全寿命周期技术状态数据的逻辑结构和业务活动管理的特点,分别建立了统一的技术状态数据模型和工作流Agent驱动的业务过程模型,研究了在线培训与支持、数据集成与同步等关键技术。开发了原型系统,验证了方案的有效性。

Abstract: To solve the digitalized management problem of aero-engine configuration in whole lifecycle,the reason of poor circulation,low integrity and low reuse efficiency of information resource was analyzed.With the combination of Assembly and Maintenance,Repair and Overhaul (AMRO),an entire framework of aero-engine AMRO supporting system was proposed.Unified configuration data model and workflow-agent driven process model were established based on the logical structure of whole lifecycle configuration data model and the features of operational activities management.Other technical points,such as online education support,data integration and synchronization were researched.A prototype system was developed and the effectiveness of the program was verified.
