不确定条件下航空发动机大修周期预测方法

摘要: 针对航空发动机零部件的损坏形式、损坏程度以及维修差错等不确定性因素导致大修周期难以准确预测的问题,提出一种融合计划评审技术和蒙特卡洛仿真进行航空发动机大修周期预测的方法。对航空发动机大修周期的不确定性进行描述,分析了航空发动机大修工艺流程模型,基于大修工序逻辑关系建立了大修工序时间的概率分布,并提出综合大修周期概率分布、关键线路分布及工序关键度的大修周期预测求解方法。将所提方法应用于某航空发动机的大修周期分析中,为航空发动机大修进度控制和优化提供了重要依据,验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract: In view of the difficult to predict the aero engines overhaul makespan caused by uncertain factors such as form of damage,degree of damage and maintenance errors,a prediction method compromised Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) and Monte Carlo simulation was proposed to predict the overhaul makespan of aero engines.The uncertainty of aero engines overhaul makespan was described,then the process flow model of aero engines overhaul was analyzed,and the probability distribution of overhaul process time was established based on logical relation of overhaul procedure.Furthermore,the prediction method solution for the overhaul makespan prediction was put forward.The proposed method was applied to the overhaul makespan analysis of a certain aero engine,which provided an important basis for the control and optimization of aero engines overhaul schedule,and verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.
