摘要: 通过分析数控系统可靠性需求现状,结合数控系统可靠性测试功能要求,搭建了一套包括数据采集和存储的数控系统可靠性测试系统。从测试现场数据采集及其在通信网络中的传输和被测信号的监控管理两方面,获取反映数控系统可靠性的运行现场数据。通过对数控系统可靠性测试的负载进行计算和现场实验,采用机械式加载方法,依据惯量匹配原则设计负载盘模拟所需的负载惯量,并进行可靠安装,保证了所需载荷条件。通过采集各个轴测试运行过程中的角速度、角加速度等参数实现数控系统可靠性测试的完全加载。

Abstract: Through analyzing the present situation of Numerical Control (NC) reliability requirements,a set of NC reliability test system including data acquisition and storage was constructed by combining with the function requirement of NC system’s reliability test.From two aspects of the test field data acquisition and the transmission as well as signal monitoring management in the communication network,the run on-site data to reflect the reliability of NC system was obtained.Through the calculation and field experiments of NC system reliability test load,by using mechanical loading method,the load moment of inertia based on the principle of inertia matching design load plate was simulated,and installed reliably to ensure the required load conditions.By gathering various shaft testing parameters such as angular velocity and angular acceleration of the operation process,the complete loaded of NC system reliability test was realized.
