Abstract: To provide a solution for industrial automation and manufacturing intelligence,the framework of Lightweigh Assembly Intelligent Manufacturing System(LAIMS) based on Cloud Manufacturing(CM) and Cyber-Physical Systems(CPS) was constructed,the function and relationship of every layer in this architecture were described,and the role of CPS,CM and big data were analyzed.Manufacturing resources,service models and operation system of LAIMS were defined and described,a key concept that was optimal state was pointed for intelligent control,and five intelligent control methods were given.Through analyzing intelligent control management and key enabling technologies of the automated intelligent hollow glass production line,the effectiveness of the proposed framework and its intelligent control methods were proved.

摘要： 为了给工业自动化和制造智能化提供解决方案,构建了一种物理信息融合系统和云制造技术的轻装配智能制造系统框架,描述了框架中各层次的功能和关系,并对物理信息系统、云制造和大数据的作用进行了分析。对轻装配智能制造系统中的制造资源、服务模式和运行体系进行了定义和描述,提出了智能管控的关键概念——优态,给出了5类智能管控方法。通过对中空玻璃生产线的智能管控问题和关键使能技术的分析,验证了所提架构和智能管控方法的有效性。
