Abstract: To quantify the reasonable degree of information structure in intelligent manufacturing line control system,an algorithm model combining information characterization and order algorithm of entropy theory was proposed.In this model,the mapping relationship between information and information structure was analyzed,the functional area and task area of visual information structure were taken as the basis of information characterization,the comprehensive information structure was transformed into a tree-like information structure that could calculate the order degree and the reasonable degree of the two information structures before and after optimization were calculated.The model was applied to the MES production line control system of an enterprise to obtain an optimized information structure scheme.

摘要: 为了量化工业产线控制系统信息结构的合理程度,提出一种将信息表征和有序度中熵理论相结合的算法模型。该模型分析了信息与信息结构的映射关系,以视觉信息结构的功能区和任务区为信息表征的基础,通过信息表征将综合式信息结构转化为能够计算有序度的树状式信息结构,计算得出优化前后两种信息结构的合理程度。最后,将模型应用于某企业制造执行系统产线控制系统,得到工业产线控制系统的信息结构优化方案。
