智能车间质量数据集成及可视化分析平台设计

Abstract: To make full use of quality data generated in the workshop and solve the problem of comprehensive quality management in the workshop,an intelligent workshop quality data integration and visual analysis platform was established.The system function architecture for overall construction goal of the platform was designed.The template based natural language generation technology was used to add text description to the traditional visual chart,and the visual chart was embedded in the text.Through the interaction between the text and the chart,data visualization exploration was carried out for users to reduce the problem of frequent switching between the two.Taking an enterprise manufacturing workshop engineering quality management as an example,the application of intelligent workshop quality data integration and visual analysis platform was verified.The results showed that the intelligent manufacturing with quality as the core was realized by the proposed platform,and the visual effect was enhanced by enriching text and visualization with each other.

摘要: 为充分利用车间产生的质量数据,解决车间综合质量管理问题,建立了智能车间质量数据集成及可视化分析平台。首先针对平台的整体建设目标设计了系统功能架构;其次,利用基于模板的自然语言生成技术为传统的可视化图表添加文本描述,并在文本中嵌入可视化图表,通过文本与图表之间的交互帮助用户进行数据的可视化探索,减少用户在两者之间频繁切换的问题;最后以某企业制造车间工程质量管理为例,对智能车间质量数据集成及可视化分析平台进行应用验证,结果表明该平台实现了以质量为核心的智能制造,且文本和可视化彼此丰富增强了可视化效果。
