Abstract: As a typical thin-walled workpiece,the machining performance of jet-engine rotor blade was affected very much by its positioning errors when held by fixtures.Aiming at the error control problem in keeping-aerofoil machining of jet-engine blade's near-net shaped formed,the dimensional errors accumulative process was modeled and its numerical calculation method was proposed based on 3D point cloud model of rotor workpiece.A Monte-Carlo random simulation method was presented to evaluate the positioning tolerance of rotor workpiece.A rotor blade in a jet-engine low pressure compressor was milled precisely,and the effectiveness of proposed method was validated by analyzing,evaluating and verifying the positioning error of workpieces.

摘要： 针对航空发动机近净成形转子叶片保形加工中的误差控制问题,基于叶片3D点云数据模型,提出了定位误差向叶片加工误差的传递作用机制及其分析模型。进一步建立了叶片工件定位误差的随机模拟与数值分析方法,以实现对叶片定位误差的准确估计。以某型低压转子叶片的机械加工为例,对工件的定位误差进行了分析和评估,验证了所提方法的可用性和有效性。
