Abstract: Focusing on the current situation of supplier performance management, such as more emphasis on results than process, punishment as main treatment measures, and awareness of cooperation to be improved, a performance management model based on process improvement for automobile components suppliers was proposed. The model described a complete supplier performance management process of continuous improvement, including process performance implementation plan, process performance implementation & control, process performance measurement & analysis, and process performance improvement measures. A process performance indicators system for automobile components suppliers was established. And analysis process of overall process performance was elaborated. A performance management software system based on process improvement for automobile components suppliers was developed. Case study showed that the supplier performance management based on process improvement enhanced supplier performance management capabilities and supplier process performance.

摘要: 针对目前普遍存在的重结果轻过程、以罚为主、合作意识亟待加强的供应商绩效管理现状,提出了基于过程改进的汽车零部件供应商绩效管理模型,描述了供应商过程绩效实施计划、过程绩效实施与控制、过程绩效度量分析,以及过程绩效改善措施这一完整的供应商绩效管理持续改善过程;制定了汽车零部件供应商过程绩效指标体系,并详细阐述了过程综合绩效的分析过程。在此基础上,开发了基于过程改进的汽车零部件供应商过程绩效管理系统。试点应用结果表明,基于过程改进的供应商绩效管理能够有效提升企业的供应商绩效管理能力和供应商的过程绩效。
