Abstract: Supply interruption exists widely in the operation of different types of supply chains.Suitable contract is an effective means to improve the delivery stability of suppliers.Considering the dynamics of just-in-time delivery and platform goodwill,a three-level supply chain consisting of matching suppliers,backup suppliers,platforms and retailers was constructed.The optimal equilibrium strategies of members under different modes were solved by differential game,and the dynamic decision-making under retailer cost sharing and joint cost sharing modes was discussed.The results showed that the track of just-in-time delivery level was monotonic over time,while the track of platform goodwill was variable.Compared with retailers' cost sharing,the proportion of retailers' cost sharing decreased in the joint cost sharing mode,while timely delivery efforts and supply chain profits increased.In addition,the higher the platform effort coefficient and brand preference coefficient,the more obvious the profit improvement effect of platform and retailers would be.Only the profit of the supply chain members under the retailer cost sharing mode was higher than the joint cost sharing mode,and the platform would not adopt the cost sharing strategy.

摘要： 供应中断广泛存在于不同类型供应链的运作中,合适的契约是提升供应商交货稳定性的有效手段。考虑及时交货和平台商誉的动态性,构建由匹配供应商、备份供应商、平台和零售商组成的三级供应链,利用微分博弈求解了不同模式下成员的最优均衡策略,探讨了零售商成本分担和联合成本分担两种模式下的动态决策。研究表明,及时交货水平轨迹随时间变化具有单调性,而平台商誉轨迹呈多变性。与零售商成本分担相比,联合成本分担模式下零售商成本分担比例下降,而及时交货努力和供应链利润增大,且平台努力系数和品牌偏好系数越高,平台和零售商利润改善效果越明显,只有当匹配供应商供给率较低且平台收取佣金较少时,零售商成本分担下的供应链成员利润才高于联合成本分担模式,此时平台将不会采取成本分担策略。
