Benefit allocation of cloud manufacturing alliance under order consolidation decision

订单合并决策下云制造联盟收益分配问题

Abstract: Manufacturing companies settled on the cloud platform can share order tasks and manufacturing resources through collaboration,optimize and adjust production plans to achieve benefit growth.To figure out the problem of alliance benefit allocation in such situations,the benefits of alliances was quantified from the perspective of cooperative games,the cooperation scheme was optimized with the goal of minimizing the manufacturer's cost under the condition that the resource capacity was allowed and the delivery date was guaranteed,and the Shapley value method was used to realize the equilibrium distribution of alliance benefit.A numerical example was designed and solved for analysis.The result showed that the formation of cooperative alliances could increase economic benefits for members,and under the circumstance of high idle rate of resources among alliance members,large proportion of logistics cost,strong penalty for late delivery and relatively low bargaining power,the increase of benefit would be more prominent.

摘要: 入驻云平台的制造企业可以通过协作来共享订单任务和制造资源,将生产方案进行优化调整,实现效益的增长。为解决这类情形下的联盟利益分配问题,从合作博弈的视角量化联盟净收益,在资源容量允许的且保证交货期的情况下,以制造商成本最小化为目标优化协作方案,并采用Shapley值法实现联盟收益的均衡分配。最后设计并求解数值算例进行分析,结果表明:通过组建协作联盟的方式可以使成员的经济效益增加,且在联盟成员间资源闲置率较高、物流成本所占比重较大、延迟交付惩罚力度较强而议价能力相对较低的情况下,效益增幅会更加凸显。
