云制造环境下基于非合作博弈的资源优化配置方法

Abstract: To solve the manufacturing resource allocation problem without demand preference existing in cloud manufacturing,a non-cooperative game model of manufacturing resource allocation which took the interests of demanders and the servants in to account was proposed.By using the features of game theory and conflict solution,the multi-objective optimization problems of manufacturing resource allocation were transformed into non-cooperative game problems.The multi objective optimization function of QoS and flexibility factors was taken as the payoff functions of these two game players to build non-cooperative game decision-making model of manufacturing resource allocation in cloud manufacturing environment,and the improved fast and elitist Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGA-Ⅱ) was introduced to solve the model.The experimental results verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm.

摘要: 针对云制造环境下无需求偏好的制造资源优化配置问题,在充分考虑制造服务需求方和云制造服务平台运营方利益的基础上,利用博弈论调和与解决冲突的特点,将制造资源优化配置多目标优化问题转化为非合作博弈问题,分别以制造服务需求方和云制造服务平台运营方作为博弈方,以服务质量指标和柔性指标多目标优化函数作为博弈双方的收益函数,建立了云制造环境下的制造资源优化配置非合作博弈决策模型,并采用改进的带精英策略的快速非支配排序遗传算法对模型进行求解,实验结果表明了该模型和算法的可行性和有效性。
