Abstract: Under the cloud manufacturing mode,to realize the reasonable benefit allocation of manufacturing alliance,based on characteristic analysis of overall rationality and individuals' rationality of manufacturing alliance,the benefit functions of cooperation and non-cooperation strategies were established from the core enterprise and alliance enterprises respectively.Taking into account the serviceability of cloud manufacturing platform,the interest function of cloud platform was constructed.Under the premise of satisfying individual rationality and maximizing the collective interests,the cooperative game model of collaborative optimization of manufacturing alliance was built.The equilibrium solution process of cooperative game model was designed by using the improved composite method,and the algorithm flow chart was also given.The correctness and effectiveness of the model and its solution method proposed in this paper were verified by the production process of gear shaping machine and its components.

摘要： 为了在云制造模式下实现制造联盟利益的合理分配,在分析联盟集体理性和成员个体理性特征的基础上,分别从核心企业和成员企业的角度建立了合作与不合作战略下的利益函数;考虑到云制造平台的服务性,建立了云平台的利益函数;在既满足个体理性又使集体利益最大化的前提下,构建了制造联盟协同优化合作博弈模型;采用改进的复合形法设计了合作博弈模型均衡解的求解过程,并给出了求解算法流程图。以插齿机及其部件的生产过程为例,验证了所建模型和求解方法的正确性和有效性。
