Abstract: Based on the data resources of third-party cloud platform,the framework and method for knowledge graph of multi-service value chain were constructed oriented to the requirement of sharing and reusing knowledge of a multi-service value chain.A knowledge hierarchy framework was built for the multi-service value chain knowledge representation from views of service business,service resource and product,and architecture for constructing the knowledge graph was proposed.A knowledge graph model was studied,and its construction method based on two stages was proposed for solution,which achieved  knowledge graph storage.A multi-service value chain knowledge graph for a service business was constructed to verify the validity of the proposed construction methods.

摘要: 基于第三方云平台业务数据资源,面向服务价值链多链知识共享和重用的需求,提出服务价值链多链知识图谱构建框架和方法。从服务业务、服务资源和产品等维度出发,构建了服务价值链多链知识体系,设计了服务价值链多链知识图谱构建框架;研究了服务价值链多链知识图谱模型,提出基于二阶段的知识图谱模型构建方法用于求解服务价值链多链知识图谱模型,并实现了对知识图谱的存储;基于第三方云平台数据资源,以相关服务业务为例构建服务价值链多链知识图谱,验证了该知识图谱构建方法的可行性。
