Abstract: Aiming at the parallel imports models without remanufacturing and with remanufacturing for a supply chain with a manufacturer,a parallel importer and a third-party remanufacturer,the impact of third-party remanufacturing on the manufacturer and the parallel importation in cross-regional trade was analyzed.Consumer perceived quality for new product,remanufacturing product and parallel import were also taken into account.It was showed that the entry of a third-party remanufacturer was benefit to the consumers in the export region and might lead to a higher profit for the manufacturer.The parallel importer's profits were hurt by the presence of third-party remanufacturer,thus the entry of third-party remanufacturer could help manufacturer cope with gray markets.However,the lower the perceived quality of remanufacturing product was,the higher the manufacturers' profits were.

摘要： 研究了跨区域市场环境中,授权产品的感知质量提高和消费者对平行进口产品与再制造品感知质量存在差异情况下,品牌商、平行进口商和第三方再制造商的数量决策,通过对比无第三方再制造的最优决策,分析了第三方再制造商进入市场对市场消费者、品牌商利润和平行进口商利润的影响。研究表明：第三方再制造总是对产品流出地区的消费者有利;第三方再制造总是能降低平行进口商的利润;当灰市产品流入市场的消费者对授权产品感知质量较高、对第三方再制造品的感知质量较低时,第三方再制造能提高品牌商的总利润;品牌商和平行进口商都更倾向第三方再制造品感知质量较低的情形。
