多重偏好序下的复杂产品主制造商—供应商多阶段双边匹配方法

Abstract: To solve the problem that it was difficult for one matching party to give the preference ordinal information of the other matching party in two-sided matching and in consideration of the staged characteristic of matching,a multi-stage two-sided matching method with multi-form preference ordinal information was proposed.The descriptions of multi-form preference ordinal and multi-stage two-sided matching were given.Based on multi-form preference ordinal information and Orness measure,the index weights and stage weights optimization model were established.By integrating multi-stage multi-form preference ordinal information,a multi-objective optimization model of two-sided matching was constructed and the two-sided matching result could be obtained by solving the model.An example of large aircraft development with main manufacturer and suppliers matching problem was applied to demonstrate the feasibility and validity of the proposed method.

摘要: 为了解决双边匹配中一方主体难以给出对方偏好序信息的难题,考虑匹配的阶段性特征,提出一种基于多重偏好序信息的多阶段双边匹配方法。首先,对多重偏好序和多阶段双边匹配进行了描述;然后,基于多重偏好序信息和Orness测度,分别构建了指标权重和阶段权重优化模型。在此基础上,通过集结多个阶段的多重偏好序信息,建立了双边匹配多目标优化模型,并求解模型获得双边匹配结果。最后,以大型飞机研制中主制造商—供应商匹配为例,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
