摘要: 为了尽可能在产品设计阶段预测产品设计、制造和应用等环节可能出现的问题,提出了基 于集成仿真技术的产品设计方法,并以离散型制造业为对象,建立产品设计集成仿真体系架构。该 体系结构包含制造过程仿真层、应用效果仿真层和优化设计技术支撑层,通过制造过程的仿真预测 产品的加工质量,通过应用效果的仿真预测新产品的使用效果,并在此基础上进行优化。同时,分 析了集成仿真信息流及其在产品设计过程中的传递特性。最后,通过应用实例,阐述了集成仿真技 术在某压铸产品设计中的综合应用。

Abstract: In order to predict possibly forthcoming problems in product design, manufacture and application during product design phase. The product design method based on integrated simulation technology was proposed. The architecture of integrated simulation technology was constructed which focused on the product design for discrete manufacture industries. This architecture included the manufacture process simulation layer, application results simulation layer and optimization technology support layer. The manufacture quality could be predicted from the simulation of manufacture process. The operation effect could be got from the simulation of virtual operation. In addition, the product could be optimized based on those simulation results. Meanwhile, the integrated simulation information flow and their transfer characteristics during the design process of new product were analyzed. Finally, one application example of mechanical die-cast products was given in order to demonstrate the usage of integrated simulation technology in new product design.
