多维知识资源云协同的服务行为建模

摘要: 针对云模式下复杂产品研发过程中知识资源不能按需配置、精确推送能力不断恶化的问题,在分析复杂产品研发过程知识资源构成及其服务需求的基础上,采用基于本体的有向无环图和协同工作流建立了多维知识资源云协同的服务行为模型。该模型采用有向无环图建立了多粒度知识资源之间的逻辑关系,形成了特定研发环节对应的知识云滴和云团,通过多领域本体描述知识云间的映射关系,形成了产品研发过程的知识云系,并依据复杂产品研发过程中跨流程多任务协同特性,建立了基于任务流—资源—状态—规则的多维知识资源云协同服务的实现机制,完成了知识资源的准确推送。以大型叶片研发过程为服务对象搭建了其多维知识资源云协同服务的实现框架,为复杂产品研发过程中知识资源的精确推送提供了实现方法和途径。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems that knowledge resource can't be configured on demand and the ability of precise push is deteriorating in the process of complex product R&D under cloud mode,a service behaviour model of multi-dimensional knowledge resource cloud collaboration was established by using ontology-based directed acyclic graph and collaborative workflow based on the analysis of knowledge resource composition and service requirements.In this model,directed acyclic graph was used to establish the logical relationship between multi-granularity knowledge resources to form knowledge cloud droplets and clusters corresponding to specific R&D links,and the mapping relationship between knowledge clouds was described through multi-domain ontology to form the knowledge cloud system of product R&D process.According to the characteristics of multi-task cross-process collaboration in the process of complex product development,the implementation mechanism of multi-dimensional knowledge resource cloud collaboration service based on task flow-resource-state-rule was established,and the accurate push of knowledge resources was completed.The implementation framework of multi-dimensional knowledge resource cloud collaborative service was built in the process of large blade R&D,which provided the realization method and approach for precise pushing of knowledge resources in the process of complex product R&D.
