摘要: 针对数控机床质量定量评价困难的问题,提出一种基于用户期望符合度函数的数控机床质量评价方法。该模型以数控机床的质量特性为基础建立质量评价体系,引入用户期望分布描述产品质量的具体意义,并利用马氏距离计算用户期望分布与产品实际质量特性分布的差异,建立了相应的质量损失函数。根据该质量损失函数,分别计算各质量特性的质量损失,得到相应的用户期望符合度向量,判断当前产品各质量特性参数对用户群体期望的满足情况。在此基础上,计算各质量提升措施的效用费用比,指导开展相应的质量提升工作。实例表明,该方法符合工程实际,且具有较强的实用价值。

Abstract: To evaluate the quality of CNC machine tool quantitatively,a quality evaluation method based on coincidence degree function of customer expectations was proposed.Customer expectations distributions were used to describe the product quality and the discrepancies between customer expectations and actual distribution were calculated with Mahalanobis distance.Quality loss functions were established to determine the coincidence degree of customer expectations.Furthermore,quality improvement strategy could be made based on the efficiency-cost ratio.The case study indicated the rationality and feasibility of the proposed method.
