协同制造环境下ERP软件演化及其实现

摘要: 为适应制造业资源向网络平台的业务协作服务模式的转变,从业务流程编排及服务构件演化层面探讨了ERP软件在互联网环境下的柔性架构和实现技术。创建了ERP业务分层模型,并给出了业务流程及其配置的定义。在业务分层模型的基础上给出一种流程驱动的ERP软件协同演化支撑框架,详细定义了业务变化类型及演化操作,并就演化的合理性和完备性进行了定义和验证。通过ERP按单生产业务实例,证明了该协同演化框架机制在企业业务应用开发和维护中是可行且有效的。

Abstract: To adapt to the transformation of manufacturing resources to service mode of network platform,the flexible architecture and implementation of ERP software under Internet were discussed from the aspects of business process choreography and service component evolution.An ERP business hierarchy model was proposed,in which business process and its configuration were defined respectively.According to this model,a framework for supporting process-driven ERP collaboration evolution was given.The changes of process-oriented requirements and the types of evolution were defined in details.The soundness and completeness of ERP process evolution were also defined and verified.A business application of make-to-order production was given to show that the implementation of this framework was effective.
