基于入度演化规律的复杂产品设计变更影响分析模型

摘要: 为准确分析复杂产品设计变更对设计任务的影响,提出基于入度演化规律的复杂产品设计变更影响分析模型。构建了复杂产品设计结构—任务网络模型,研究了设计变更引起的设计任务变化量与网络模型中入度变化量的映射关系;基于增长、删除及优先连接机制,构建了设计变更影响下的复杂产品设计结构—任务网络演化模型,分析了节点入度演化规律;构建了设计任务变化量与入度演化规律的关系模型,分析了变更对设计任务的影响。通过实例应用,验证了所构建模型的可行性与有效性。

Abstract: To analyze the impact of change on Complex Product Design(CPD) tasks,an impact analysis model was proposed based on in-degree evolution laws.A model of Structure-Task Network (S-TN) in CPD was constructed to research on the mapping relations of design task variations caused by changes and in-degree variations in network.Based on the mechanism of growth,elimination and optimal connection,an Evolution model of S-TN (ES-TN) under the impacts of changes in CPD was constructed to analyze the in-degree evolving rules.The relation model of design task variations and in-degree evolving rules was presented to analyze the change impacts on design tasks.A practical application was illustrated to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of above researches.
