基于可靠运行区间重叠度的设备维修决策模型

摘要: 为使设备维修模型更加符合生产实际,以维修时间点与维修程度最优化为目标,在充分考虑设备可靠性和经济特性的基础上,建立了基于设备可靠运行区间重叠度的维修决策模型。定义了各功能部件可靠运行区间的重叠度以量化各部件维修后可靠性的匹配程度,为维修结果的评价提供了新思路。通过合理维修提高功能部件的可靠运行区间重叠度,在维修成本一定的情况下,设备的可靠工作时间大幅增加。算例表明,该方法综合考虑了不同维修手段的选择,对于各功能部件可靠度衰减梯度差异较大的设备维修有明显的优化作用,能够为决策者提供更充分的定量决策依据。

Abstract: To make the equipment maintenance model accord with the actual production,the optimization of maintenance time point and maintenance level was taken as the objective to establish an equipment maintenance decision-making model based on coincidence degree of reliable operating range,which the reliability and economic characteristics of the equipment were both considered.Coincidence degree of reliable Operating range for Function units(COF)was defined to quantify the matching degree of the reliability,which provided new idea for evaluation of maintenance result.Through improving COF rationally,the reliable work time of equipment was increased greatly under certain maintenance cost.Simulation results proved that the proposed method was able to optimize the multi-component system especially that had decided difference in attenuation rate of reliability between function units,which could provide quantitative decision making for maintenance planners.
