摘要: 提出了一种基于CAD参数化技术与CAD/CAE一体化技术的参数化动态有限元建模方法,该方法解决了三维实体有限元建模中几何模型的描述与驱动、参数联动、模型自动更新等一系列问题,为先进的参数化有限元分析与优化设计提供了关键技术基础;阐述了三维参数化动态有限元建模方法中的若干关键技术,包括具有典型意义的基于AutoCAD/MDT二次开发环境ObjectARX的CAD/CAE集成方法、复杂三维组合曲面网格全自动生成算法、复杂三维实体的 四面体网格全自动生成算法、面向对象的有限元模型描述方法,以及有限元模型的参数驱动方法等;建立了一个三维参数化形状优化设计应用原型系统。

Abstract: Finite element modeling is a main problem for the applications of finite element analysis and design optimization in engineering. Based on CAD design parameterization and CAD/CAE integration techniques, a new parameterized method for 3D finite element modeling is presented to overcome the difficulties in finite element modeling for 3D solid models such as the description and driving of 3D models, parameter linkage, automatic update of finite element models, etc, which provides a key technical foundation for the advanced parameterized finite element analysis and shape optimization techniques. In this paper, some key technical issues of CAD/CAE integrated technique based on AutoCAD/MDT development environment ObjectARX, automatic finite element mesh generation over 3D combined surfaces, automatic finite element mesh generation for 3D solid, the object-oriented description method for finite element model and the parametric driven method of finite element model are discussed, and thus a prototype system of parameterized shape optimization for 3D solids is developed.
