三级阀控液压操动机构建模及冲击特性研究

摘要: 针对高速大功率三级阀控液压缸操动机构在冲击载荷下压力波动剧烈、制动末速度较大、相应实验成本高、部分实验参数难以获取等问题,结合主阀的实际复杂结构,采用综合建模与实验验证的方法建立三级阀和液压缸非线性动力学模型;分析阀控液压缸系统的位移、速度和冲击压力特性;研究柱塞参数(长度、直径、初始间隙)、柱塞形状与冲击压力峰值、制动末速度之间的关系,并确定合理取值区间与合适的柱塞形状。结果表明:液压缸柱塞结构和设计参数是导致阀控液压缸操动系统冲击压力峰值过高、制动末速度较大的主要原因;圆锥型柱塞对降低液压缸压力波动及制动末速度的效果显著。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems exiting in high-speed and high-power three-stage valve hydraulic cylinder operating mechanism such as severe pressure fluctuation,high brake final velocity,high experimental costs and difficult acquisition of test parameters,an integrated modeling approach was applied to build the nonlinear dynamic models of three-stage valve and hydraulic cylinder considering complex main valve structure.This model was utilized for analyzing the displacement,velocity and impact pressure characteristics of actual valve-control hydraulic cylinder system.In addition,the relationship between parameters of piston (length,diameter,and initial gap),piston structure,peak pressure and final brake velocity was analyzed to assure reasonable value range and piston structure.Simulation results showed that piston structure and design parameters of hydraulic cylinder were the major factors affecting the peak pressure and high final brake velocity.The conical structure cylinder had obvious influence on lowering the pressure fluctuation and final brake velocity.
