摘要: 为实现已有零件数控工艺的有效重用,提出一种面向数控工艺重用的三维CAD模型局部结构检索方法。引入中轴变换作为加工特征的参考刀具轨迹,探究了中轴变换与数控加工的关联关系;提出一种局部结构快速过滤方法,从而有效排除不符合数控工艺重用要求的局部结构实例;通过提取多属性融合的特征描述子,构建了面向数控工艺重用的局部结构相似性评价模型。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效支持面向数控工艺重用的局部结构检索,提高数控工艺设计效率,满足企业的实际工程需求。

Abstract: To realize the effective reuse of existing NC process,a NC process reuse oriented subpart retrieval approach of 3D CAD models was presented.The Medial Axis Transform (MAT) was introduced and adopted as the reference tool paths of a pocket,and the association between MAT and NC machining was elaborated.A rapid filtering method for accelerating subpart retrieval was presented to filter out infeasible subparts cases under the requirements of NC process reuse.A feature descriptor with multi-attributes fusion was extracted and the NC process reuse oriented subpart similarity assessment model was constructed.Experimental results showed that the approach could effectively support subpart retrieval for NC process reuse and satisfy the requirements of engineering application.
