基于知识元的冲压模具设计方法

摘要: 为实现冲压模具设计的智能化,提出一种基于设计过程知识元的模具设计方法。该方法首先分析模具设计知识内涵,建立了冲压模具设计的领域本体,通过领域本体和规则对模具设计知识进行表达。在分析组件间关联关系的基础上,建立了组件关联矩阵,并定义了设计过程知识元。以设计过程知识元为驱动,对设计过程中的具体关联矩阵和推理规则进行匹配,完成了动态决策的设计过程。基于该方法开发了一种定子切边冲槽模具设计系统,通过设计实例验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract: To achieve the intelligent stamping die design,a mold method based on knowledge-unit of design process was proposed.The mold design knowledge was analyzed,and the domain ontology of stamping die design was constructed.Through the domain ontology and rules,the mold design knowledge was expressed.Based on the analysis of the relationship components,the components incidence matrix was established.In addition,the knowledge-unit of design process was defined and used as driver of design process.The dynamic decision process was finished through matching specific correlation matrix with inference rules.A design system of the stator trimming die was developed,and the result showed the correctness and validity of the proposed method.
