摘要: 针对产品定制过程中客户需求多样化问题,提出基于多重选择目标规划的产品变型设计方法。在分析客户定制需求的基础上,提出变型设计问题的目标规划模型,并结合实验设计技术给出了大规模定制产品变型设计的技术框架,主要包括产品定制特性及其目标规划模型描述,以及产品定制特性与零件参数的关联模型构建。以此为基础,从成本、交货期和质量的角度分别构建了目标函数模型。通过实例验证表明,多重选择目标规划方法能够有效地找到满足客户多样化需求的产品变型设计解决方案。

Abstract: Aiming at the diversity of customer requirements in product customization, a method of product variant design based on multi-choice goal programming was proposed. The goal programming model of product variant design was presented based on analyzing the customization requirements. The technical framework of mass customization product variant design was given by combining experimental design, which included product customization's characteristics and its goal programming model description, and the correlation model construction of product customization's characteristics with parts'parameters. On this basis, the objective function models were established with the view of cost, delivery time and quality respectively. An example was used to verify the proposed models, and the results showed the multi-choice goal programming method could find the product variant design solution that satisfied the diversity of customer requirements effectively.
