摘要: 为了提供良好的租赁维护服务,提高服务制造商竞争的核心,从租赁设备的工作环境出发,采用冲击模型对租赁设备实施故障建模,综合考虑租赁条件下的故障惩罚机制和维护的修复非新效果,建立了一种面向租赁设备的顺序预防维护策略,并通过最小化期望总成本率获得了租赁设备的优化租赁期限及维护计划。算例分析显示,该策略符合租赁设备维护的实际情况,能为服务制造商提供有效的维护解决方案。

Abstract: With the development of leasing equipment market, how to provide effective leasing maintenance service is becoming more and more important for manufacturing service providers. From the working environment perspective of leasing equipment, the shock model was used to perform fault modeling for leasing equipment. A sequential preventive maintenance strategy oriented to leasing equipment was proposed by considering failure punishment mechanism and the imperfect effect of preventive maintenance comprehensively. The optimal leasing period and maintenance plan were achieved by minimizing the expected total long-run cost per unit time. The numerical results showed that the proposed maintenance strategy was accordance with actual cases, and it could provide effective maintenance scheme for service manufacturers.
