摘要: 为寻求有形产品和无形服务的最佳平衡,从功能的角度出发,通过TRIZ理想解的理想化水平确定产品服务系统的进化路线,基于服务蓝图法和功能系统图建立产品服务系统功能模型,并在此基础上采用功能协同、功能补充和功能替代等功能激励方法作为进化手段,共同构建了一种产品服务系统创新设计方法。针对功能激励的结果进行概念求解及方案确定,形成产品服务系统创新设计方案。在计算机辅助创新设计软件的基础上,建立了计算机辅助产品服务系统创新设计子模块,并以农业机械产品为例,对该方法进行了验证。

Abstract: To find optimal balance between physical products and intangible service, the evolution roads to product service system based on TRIZ final ideal solutions were provided from functional perspective. Then, the function model of the product service systems was constructed based on service blueprint and functional system diagraphs. On this basis, a new product service system innovative design method was proposed by applying function stimulations such as function collaboration, function supplement, and function displacement. By defining concept solution and scheme according to the results of function stimulations, the final product improved solution was generated. Finally, the product service system design process of agricultural machinery based on computer aided innovation product (CAIP) was analyzed to verify this method.
