Visual production scheduling technology for the complex product assembly process

摘要: 为解决复杂产品装配过程中出现的装配计划不合理、动态调度困难、过程监控和信息管理手段缺乏等问题,提出面向复杂产品装配过程的可视化生产调度技术。分析了复杂产品装配过程的特点,提出了基于工作流的装配过程可视化建模方法,并在此基础上建立了复杂产品装配调度模型。针对装配计划排产问题,提出了基于启发式调度规则的装配调度算法;针对装配过程中的扰动事件,提出了面向生产扰动的动态调度算法。提出了面向装配过程的可视化调度及信息管理方法,实现了装配过程的可视化监控、动态调度以及调度信息的组织与管理。通过实例验证了所提方法和技术的有效性。

Abstract: To solve the problems such as unreasonable assembly planning, tough dynamic scheduling, lacking of process monitoring and information management tools in complex product assembly, the visual production scheduling technology was proposed. By analyzing the characteristic of complex product assembly process, the visual modeling method of assembly process based on workflow was presented, and the scheduling model of complex product assembly was raised on the basis of assembly process model. Aiming at the assembly plan scheduling, heuristic scheduling algorithm was proposed. Aiming at the disturbance problem, the dynamic scheduling algorithm was raised. Furthermore, visual assembly scheduling method and information management method were discussed, and visual monitoring of assembly process, dynamic scheduling as well as scheduling information management were realized. The proposed technology and method were proved effectively by actual applications.
