摘要: 大批量定制生产模式对产品设计过程提出了更高的要求,它需要企业内部以及企业与企业之间的设计人员进行实时同步的交流和讨论,以节省设计时间,提高设计效率,缩短设计周期。本文提出的面向大批量定制产品协同设计系统,为上述问题给出了一个解决方案。该方案采用基于客户端/服务器的体系架构,重点解决实时同步过程中的网络带宽问题、数据一致性问题、系统流量控制问题,以及与企业内部CAD系统集成问题等。利用该系统在56Kb/s的拨号网络上成功地进行了复杂模型的异地装配。

Abstract: Product design plays an important role in mass customization. Product designers will have to discuss online and share data in real time with each other or those in part suppliers through Internet, so that the design time will be saved and the design efficiency will be promoted, then the design cycle of product will be reduced. The product collaborative design system provides a shared-space platform to help the product designers during the process of product collaborative design. The system is built with the architecture of C/S. In this paper some problems of product collaborative design system are solved, such as bandwidth of network, data consistency, system flux control and integration of CAD system, etc. In the end, the experimental result of a collaborative-design prototype system is discussed.
