复杂产品协同制造支撑环境技术的研究

摘要: 简要描述了复杂产品协同制造支撑平台的系统组成、系统集成技术及其主要技术特点。重点介绍了目前自行开发成功并初步应用的多学科复杂产品虚拟样机工程支撑平台及其关键部件。该平台的新技术包括:①基于多约束条件下项目进度管理与优化为核心的项目管理技术,支持复杂产品虚拟样机工程全生命周期的管理与开发;②基于HLA/XML/Web中间件技术的多学科领域CAx/DFx工具集成方案;③符合OMG/MDA体系结构、面向组件技术、面向多学 科领域的复杂产品虚拟样机高层建模语言;④基于组件技术、元模型技术、状态机理论的多学科虚拟样机协同建模与协同仿真;⑤基于HLA/VR/GIS的2D/3D可视化;⑥基于PDM技术、XML规范,面向服务的模型库管理系统;⑦基于 仿真组件模型的虚拟样机仿真模型快速组装。

Abstract: The system architecture, system integration technology and its key technology features for supporting platform are presented briefly. Furthermore, a virtual prototype engineering supporting platform for multidisciplinary complex product and its key components, which are self-developed and primarily applied recently, are presented in detail. The features of above supporting environment technologies are shown as follows: (1) Based on the project management centered on project schedule optimization and management under multi-constrain conditions, supporting the whole life-cycle management and development for the complex product virtual prototyping engineering. (2)HLA/XML/WEB middleware technology based integration schema for multidisciplinary Cax/DFx tools. (3) OMG/MDA complied, component technology oriented, and multidisciplinary complex product oriented virtual prototyping high level modeling language. (4) Component technology, meta-model technology, and state machine theory based multidisciplinary collaborative modeling and collaborative simulation. (5)HLA/VR/GIS based 2D/3D visualization. (6) PDM technology and XML specification based, services oriented model-base management system. (7) Simulation component model based rapid coupling and assembling for virtual prototype.
