摘要: 为帮助设计者合理规划与调整设计任务,基于耦合任务间的实时沟通这一实际情况,引入任务量完工比例参数,以表征产品设计中的协同特征,并以迭代过程中的任务调整量来度量耦合任务之间的联系与作用强度,将设计结构矩阵转化为任务转移矩阵,建立任务总量模型,揭示了因耦合引起的设计过程反复和任务总量迭代收敛的规律。根据特征向量矩阵,确定影响任务总量迭代收敛的主要因素。通过实例,证明该任务总量模型和迭代收敛规律是合理可行的。

Abstract: To help designers to plan and adjust design tasks, based on real-time communications among coupled tasks, completion proportion parameter of task load was introduced to represent the collaborative features in product design. Association and function strength of coupled tasks were measured by task adjustment amount in iteration process. Design structure matrix was transformed to task shift matrix. The overall task load model was constructed. Rules for design process repetition caused by coupling and iteration convergence of task load were revealed. According to eigenvector matrix, main influencing factors for iteration convergence of task load were defined. By example, the proposed overall task load model and iteration convergence rules were verified to be rational and feasible.
