摘要: 针对复杂机电产品设计过程的复杂性和动态性,借鉴分形思想,用设计任务—设计参数关联矩阵表示产品设计过程,提出了分形设计单元的概念。根据分形设计单元的自相似和动态性的特点,构建了设计过程的分形设计单元模型。研究了由初始关联矩阵寻找种子设计参数,设定许用引力系数,循环分解,形成分形设计单元模型的方法。以某送料机的机电一体化接头的设计过程为例,阐述了分形分解方法的过程,验证了分形设计单元模型的可行性。

Abstract: Aiming at the complexity and dynamic characteristics of complicated electromechanical product design process, in view of fractal thought, the concept of fractal design unit was proposed by using design task-design parameter incident matrix to express product design process. According to the similarity and dynamic characteristics of fractal design unit, the fractal design unit model in design process was constructed. To obtain the fractal design unit model, initial incident matrix was used to find seed design parameter, to set allowable attraction coefficient, and decomposed circularly. A mechatronic joint in an auto-feeding machine was used to elaborate fractal decomposition process, and the result verified the feasibility of the fractal design unit model.
