摘要: 针对产品配置模型和配置求解过程在三维信息表达和同步可视化展现上的需求,将三维建模与设计技术引入到产品配置中,提出一种基于三维模型的产品模块化配置方法。分析了基于三维模型的产品配置工作原理,给出了综合产品模型、多层级三维骨架模型和产品三维配置模型的定义与形式化表达,并以此为基础构建了详细的产品配置流程,开发了计算机辅助的基于三维模型的产品模块化配置原型系统,采用单立柱有轨巷道堆垛机对配置方法进行了验证。

Abstract: Aiming at the requirements of product configuration models and configuration solving process on 3D information representations and synchronous visualization, a product modular configuration method based on three dimensional models was proposed by introducing the technology of three dimensional modeling and design into product configuration. The working principles of proposed method were analyzed. The definitions and formal expressions of integrated product models, hierarchical 3D skeleton model and 3D product configuration model were given. On this basis, concrete product configuration process was constructed, and a 3D model-based computer aided prototype system of product configuration was developed. A single mast storage/retrieval machine was used to illustrate the feasibility of proposed method.
