摘要: 针对大型复杂产品维护需求多样化与维护服务效率较低的问题,提出一种客户需求驱动的大型复杂产品维护服务方法。该方法利用产品配置知识快速形成客户维护需求模型,通过对比历史维护模型与维护需求模型,推理出满足客户维护需求的维护操作集合,并根据维护指标对维护操作集合进行调整,生成客户满意的维护方案,从而缩短大型复杂产品诊断与维护的时间,满足大型复杂产品客户需求驱动的维护服务。以大型水平风力发电机为例说明了所提方法的可行性。

Abstract: Aming at the diversification of maintenance demand and low efficiency of maintenance service for large and complex products, a maintenance service method of customer need-driven for large and complex products was proposed. A customer maintenance demand model was formed by using product configuration knowledge, and the maintenance operations set which satisfied customer maintenance demand was deduced by comparing the maintenance demand model with historical configuration Bill Of Material(BOM). Subsequently, the maintenance operations were adjusted according to the maintenance indicator function, and an appropriate maintenance program was obtained. Thus the diagnosis and maintenance time of large and complex product were reduced, and manintance service of customer need-driven for large and complex product was satisfied. An example of the large horizontal wind turbine was given to prove the feasibility of proposed method.
