摘要: 以细胞生产方式中追逐式生产线为研究对象,针对生产线中多位行走员工加工速率不等从而严重影响产能的问题,提出设立超越站来运行超越机制的解决方法并验证了该方法的有效性。定义了超越机制下多种运行规则并建立了含超越机制的面向对象Petri网的运行逻辑模型;通过数学分析计算了建立超越机制后生产周期节省值;建立了仿真平台,采用实测数据对无超越机制与有超越机制情况下系统在产能、设备利用率、工时利用率的变化规律进行了对比研究,发现了一系列超越机制下系统的运行规律。结果为企业提高追逐式生产线产能提供了重要理论指导。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that capacity of production line was affected by walking-workers difference efficiency, by taking production line in cell production mode as object, a solution that using overtaking station to operate overtaking mechanism was proposed, and its effectiveness was verified. Multiple operating rules under overtaking mechanism was defined, and object-oriented Petri net operating logic model including overtaking mechanism was built. Through mathematics analysis, the production cycle saving with overtaking mechanism was calculated. The simulation platform was established to research the system variation of capacity, equipment utilization and worktime utilization under overtaking mechanism and non-overtaking mechanism by using measured data. The research provided theoretical guide on setting up overtaking station to improve walking-worker line capacity for enterprises.
