机械加工自动生产线多目标监控集成模型及其应用

摘要: 针对现有机械加工自动生产线监控方法存在监控目标系统性不足和集成性不够等问题,建立了机械加工自动生产线多目标监控集成模型;该模型构建了监控系统的多目标体系、监控变量体系和监控信息体系,揭示了3个体系间的相互关联特性,实现了从不确定性监控变量体系到确定性监控目标体系的映射;为机械加工自动生产线各种监控系统的研发提供了支持工具。提出了该模型的应用方法,通过分析监控对象的特点确定监控目标,基于集成模型确定监控变量、建立监控系统模型和体系结构、进行监控系统开发。给出了应用案例——齿轮加工自动生产线多目标集成监控系统的设计开发,并取得了较好的应用效果;展示了上述集成模型在机械加工自动生产线监控系统开发中的应用前景。

Abstract: To solve the monitoring problem of lacking systematization and integration on monitoring objectives in machining automatic line,an integrated model of multi-objective monitoring for machining automatic line was established,which consisted of multi-objective system,monitoring information system and monitoring variables system.It revealed the relevance among the three systems,realized the mapping from uncertain monitoring variables system to certain monitoring objective system and provided the support for design and development of monitoring systems.Application method of model was proposed,which contained that the monitoring objectives were determined by analyzing the characteristics of monitored objects;monitoring variables was determined based on integrated model;the monitoring model and architecture were established;the monitoring system was developed.The design and development for multi-objective monitoring system of machining gears automatic production line was used to show a successful application at one gear processing enterprise.It proved that the proposed integrated model could be applied in various practical machining automatic lines and has a good application prospect.
