摘要: 为实现船舶建造生产计划的分层、分级编制、落实与执行,提出以里程碑计划为纲、以分段吊装计划为核心的船舶建造分层生产计划体系,并用四维计划体系描述方法刻画计划之间的层次关系、任务分解关系和产品在各计划间的输入/输出关系。该计划体系综合考虑壳舾涂一体化,分别从多项目、单项目角度考虑设计与生产的协同,充分重视空间场地资源和劳动力资源的利用。它完整覆盖了造船各生产环节、生产方式、资源组织以及各管理决策层次,体现了船舶建造生产组织与管理模式特点。

Abstract: The production planning of shipbuilding contained stratification, grade complation, implementation and execution. To realize these steps, according to milestone plan, the shipbuilding layered production plan system was proposed by taking segment lifting as core. The 4D plan system description method was used to depict hierarchica relation, task decomposed relation and product input/output relation between plans. By comprehensive consideration of integrated hull construction outfitting and painting, the plan system's coordination of design and production was studied from single project and multi-project respectively. The space rescoure and labor resource were utilized adequately. Every production link, production mode, resource management organization and each decision-making level were covered by system completely, and the features of shipbuilding production and management mode were embodied.
