摘要: 为解决连续型企业生产过程能耗仿真的问题,研究了企业生产和能耗耦合关系,定义了主设备、主速率等相关概念。采用连续Petri网的方法建立了带信息参数的连续型企业生产与能耗过程模型。提出了一种针对企业生产计划进行生产调度排程仿真能源消耗过程的方法,并加以实例仿真验证。该方法在将物料分为原辅料、中间产品、外销产品、最终产品和排放五种类型的基础上,可以有效地模拟企业生产能耗过程中能源流、物料流和信息流,对连续型企业能源平衡和能源管理具有重要的辅助作用。

Abstract: To solve the energy consumption simulation problem in production process of continuous process enterprises, the coupling relationship between enterprise production and energy consumption were studied, as well as related concepts such as principal device and principal speed were proposed. The method of continuous Petri net was employed to set up production and energy consumption process model with coupling information parameters for continuous process enterprises. Based on enterprise production planning, a production dispatching method was put forward to model energy consumption process, and the proposed method was verified by simulation experiment. The materials were divided into five types:raw materials, intermediate products, export products, final products and emissions. On these basis, energy flow, material flow and information flow in production energy consumption process were simulated effectively. It could help to manage and balance energy consumption in continuous process enterprises.
