摘要: 针对卫星总体总装信息采用的传统管理模式制约着卫星研制向短周期、高水平迈进的问题,为实现卫星总体总装信息从传统管理模式向信息化管理模式转换,并为全流程数据无缝流转和驱动的卫星智能制造打下基础,在对卫星总体总装过程和信息构成调研分析的基础上,通过抽象、聚类和分层融合,构建了面向卫星总体总装信息的多层级集成融合模型,研究了卫星总体总装信息的信息化管理方法。经多型号卫星试用,验证了所研成果能够满足卫星总体总装数据信息化管理的需求。

Abstract: As an important part of satellite development,the information of satellite general assembly still adopts the traditional management mode of unstructured document definition,transmission and artificial data consistency control,which has become one of the bottlenecks restricting the development of satellite to a short period and high level.To realize the transformation of satellite general assembly information from traditional management mode to information management mode,and to lay the foundation for the seamless flow and driving of the whole process data flow,a multi-level satellite general assembly information oriented multi-level was proposed based on the investigation and analysis of satellite general assembly process and information composition through sampling,clustering and hierarchical fusion Integrated fusion model.On this basis,the information management method of satellite general assembly information was studied.The research results could meet the requirements of information management of satellite general assembly data through the trial of multiple types of satellites.
