摘要: 为更好地分析客户协同产品创新设计平台中领先用户的意见一致性的形成过程,提出了一种新的基于有限信任Deffuant模型的意见一致性演化模型。分析了客户协同产品创新设计和有限信任模型的原理,构建了客户协同产品创新平台中领先用户的意见一致性模型框架;将Deffuant模型应用到客户协同产品创新设计平台,并对该模型算法在意见一致性的形成和网络结构的变化两个方面进行了改进;通过应用模拟测试,对算法的性能进行了测试和分析。实验结果表明,集团的意见将会对领先用户意见的演化过程产生影响,使得领先用户意见趋于统一的概率明显增加。

Abstract: To analyze the formation of lead user opinion consensus in Customer Collaborative Product Innovation (CCPI) platform, a new opinion consensus model based on bounded confidence Deffuant model was proposed. The mechanisms for both CCPI and bounded confidence models were analyzed and the framework of lead user opinion consensus model in CCPI platform was constructed. The Deffuant model was applied in CCPI platform and the algorithm of model was improved from the establishment process of consensus and the change of the network structure. The performance of new model was tested and analyzed by a simulation experiment, and the experiment result showed that the evolution process of lead user opinion was effected by group opinion, which increased the probability of lead user opinion consensus remarkably.
