大规模定制环境下基于客户协同程度的设计时间估计方法

摘要: 产品设计时间是产品开发计划制订和项目管理的重要基础数据,但随着产品定制程度的提高和客户参与产品设计趋势的发展,传统的设计时间预测方法已无法满足企业的需要。为了改变现状,提出了大规模定制环境下基于客户协同程度的设计时间估算方法。首先,分析了大规模定制环境下基于客户协同的产品设计过程;其次,阐述了基于客户协同程度的设计时间预测原理和客户协同程度表征方式,并运用改进层次分析法和排序向量计算客户协同程度系数;再次,基于企业历史数据,运用MATLAB软件对产品实际设计时间、客户协同程度系数和企业现有模型所得的设计时间进行拟合分析,进而构建了基于客户协同程度的设计时间预测模型;最后,通过案例将其分别与企业现有模型所得设计时间和实际设计时间进行对比分析,验证该方法的合理性与可行性。研究结果表明,该方法针对大规模定制产品的设计时间估算具有较好的实用性与较强的准确性。

Abstract: Product design time is an important basic data for product development planning and project management,but with the improvement of product customization degree and development of the trend that customers participate in product design,traditional design time forecasting methods have been unable to meet enterprises'needs.To change this status,the design time forecasting method based on customer collaboration degree in mass customization environment was proposed.The product design process with customers collaborating in mass customization environment was analyzed.The design time prediction principle and the representation mode of customer collaborative degree based on customer collaboration degree,were explained,and the customer collaboration degree coefficient with improved AHP and ordering vector was calculated.Based on enterprise historical data,the relationship function among actual design time,customer collaboration degree and design time obtained from the enterprise's existing model was determined by MATLAB,and thus the design time forecasting model based on customer collaboration degree was established.The proposed method was verified to be applicable and available by an case and comparisons with actual design time and predicted design time through the original business model respectively.Results showed that this method had better practicability and accuracy for design time estimation of mass customization products.
