摘要: 围绕将可靠性、维修性、保障性、测试性、安全性(RMTSS)融入到产品数字化设计环境中的需求,从数据共享一致、协同任务分解和跨平台三个方面分析了当前RMTSS综合集成技术的不足。提出一种基于Web服务的接口集成技术,构建了由产品数据管理数据处理层、RMTSS业务逻辑层、RMTSS应用接口层3层架构组成的通用跨平台集成接口。结合RMTSS综合设计过程,介绍了工具对通用跨平台集成接口的调用过程。最后,基于TeamCenter和ENOVIA LCA两大主流产品数据管理系统实现了通用跨平台集成接口,并以可靠性预计计算机辅助设计工具的集成应用为例,验证了跨平台集成技术的可行性。

Abstract: Aiming at the requirement of integrating Reliability, Maintainability, Supportability, Testability and Safety (RMTSS) into product digital design environment, shortcomings of current RMTSS comprehensive integration technology was analyzed from three aspects: data sharing consistency, collaborative task decomposition and cross-platform integration. An interface integration technology based on Web service was proposed, and the general cross-platform integration interface based on 3-level architecture was constructed which was composed of Product Data Management (PDM) data processing layer, RMTSS business logic layer and RMTSS application layer. And combined with general design process of RMTSS, the invoking procedure of general cross-platform integration interface was introduced. The general cross-platform integration interface was implemented based on TeamCenter and ENOVIA LCA, two mainstream PDM systems. Feasibility of cross-platform integration technology was validated by the integrated application of reliability prediction computer aided design tool.
