摘要: 为了给产品设计过程提供更为高效的主动式知识服务,提出了一种基于有向无环图知识组织模型的产品设计过程知识服务系统的构建方法。采用知识点表示产品设计知识,并按照语义关系将所有知识点组织为一个有向无环图;为获得每个实时设计活动所需知识的特征,在使用三维静态信息对产品设计过程进行整体描述的前提下,确定当前设计活动所对应的三维动态信息,并用知识需求特性表来描述当前设计活动所需知识的特征;进一步可以根据知识需求特性表,对有向无环图知识组织模型进行基于语义的知识查询;找出当前设计活动所需的知识点集合,并以知识服务的方式将这些知识点提供给设计人员。通过饰品设计知识服务系统实例,验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract: To provide more effective active knowledge service for product design process, a construction method of knowledge service system for product design process based on the knowledge organization model represented by Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) was proposed. Product design knowledge was expressed by knowledge instance, and all the knowledge instances were organized as a DAG based on the semantic relationships. To obtain the features of the knowledge needed in the design activities, on the premise of overall decscription for the product design process by static three-dimensional information, the corresponding three-dimensional dynamic information for the current design activities were obtained, and a knowledge requirement features table was used to describe knowledge characeristics of current design activities. DAG organization model could be queried semantically according to the knowledge requirement feature table. The needed knowledge point set was found in current design activity, and provided to the designers through knowledge service. An active knowledge service system for ornament design process was presented to verify the effectiveness of the method.
