摘要: 针对不确定的资源受限项目调度问题,采用模糊数描述不确定的项目活动执行时间和项目交货期,建立了以最大化客户满意度和调度鲁棒性为目标的鲁棒满意项目调度模型。针对这一优化问题,设计了一种人工免疫算法。仿真计算结果表明,所建立的鲁棒满意项目调度模型在提高项目调度鲁棒性的同时,并没有过多地降低客户满意度,该模型可以实现两个优化目标之间很好的折中。

Abstract: To tackle uncertain resource-constrained project scheduling problem, fuzzy numbers were used to describe uncertain durations of activities as well as the due date of project, a robust-satisfaction project scheduling model was established with objectives of maximization of the clients'satisfaction degree and the robustness of project scheduling. To address the optimization problem, a modified artificial immune algorithm was developed. Experiments were conducted and the simulation results revealed that the robust-satisfaction project scheduling model greatly improved the robustness of the project scheduling while the clients'satisfaction degree was not reduced. This model achieved compromises of the two objectives.
