云制造环境下外协加工资源集成服务模式及语义描述

摘要: 针对云制造环境下外协加工服务资源和服务需求信息的属性构成及分散性、异构性、动态性和组合性等特点,提出并建立了一种能促进云制造环境下外协加工资源快速共享和高效利用的、具有广域集成和分散服务特点的集成服务模式。对基于Web服务建模本体的外协加工资源语义描述总体实现框架、外协加工资源本体建模、外协加工资源Web服务交互与组合机制,以及外协加工资源Web服务异构兼容调解等关键技术进行了研究,有效解决了异构外协加工资源组合和互操作问题,实现了外协加工资源供需双方的动态匹配。最后通过应用实例对以上服务模式及实现关键技术进行了试验验证。

Abstract: According to properties constitution and characteristics as disperse, heterogeneous, dynamic, and combinatorial for outsourcing service resources and service demand information, a kind of integrated service mode with the features of wide-area integration and distributed service was set up, which could promote rapid sharing and high utilization rate of outsourcing resources in cloud manufacturing environment. Then, some key technologies were studied, including general implementation framework of outsourcing resources semantic description based on Web Service Modeling Ontology(WSMO), ontology modeling for outsourcing resources, mechanism of Web service interaction and combination for outsourcing resources, and mediation of Web service heterogeneous compatibility for outsourcing resources. Based on the key technologies, interoperability and combination problem of heterogeneous outsourcing resources was effectively resolved, and dynamic matching for suppliers and buyers of outsourcing resources was realized. Finally, service mode and realization technology were verified through an application case.
